As we get ready to embark on a new year, it is natural for us to think about what we want to focus on and what we want to achieve. It is important that we also consider not just the what, but the how in all areas of our life. Taking the time to reflect before we act will give us the ability to limit distractions, prioritize our goals, and lead in the areas that we may have spent less time on before.

The worksheet below will give you the space to consciously and mindfully reflect on what you want for the year ahead. Consider both the things you want to do more of and the things you want to do less of. Remember that it doesn’t have to be about accomplishment, it can also be about stillness and space.
