Move Out of Your Comfort Zone and Get Growing

Comfort is to progress as water is to fire (remember those associations in school? Well now we know why they were helpful)- it extinguishes your ability to be your best and limits your potential. Comfort is often driven by fear of failure, low levels of confidence, stagnant ambition, or lack of clarity. But the difference between good and great is taking the first step towards progress. The worksheet below can be used to help you understand the path to growth and how to get there.

Leaving the Comfort Zone

We all have the ability to grow, evolve and achieve our goals. At some point in our lives, we do everything for the first time; accepting challenges, and at times failures, is a part of stepping out of our comfort zone. Real growth only happens when you embrace the uncertainty of the unknown and have the courage to lean into your own discomfort. As you continue to challenge yourself, the boundaries that once contained you will expand and you will elevate to higher levels of being, thinking, and leading.
